We send you a written proposal: what we recommend, in what order, what's included, what isn't, and what it costs.

We get to work
Once you approve the proposal, we start. We regularly show you what we've done and what it has brought. On ongoing work you get a plain-English report every month, and access and data stay in your name throughout.
